When you come to work, you'll be responsible for:

• Daily maintenance of all social media websites, responding to members/ potential members responding to their concerns/ requests/ suggestions.
• Going to the extra mile to complete phone interactions to resolve member issues.
• Daily maintenance of all Social Media Websites, responding to members/ potential members responding to their concerns/ requests/ suggestions
• Responds to escalated member issues forwarded by field operations.

There are some MUST HAVES:

• High school diploma (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle challenging customer issues with patience, tact and professionalism.
• Familiarity responding to members/ potential members concerns/ requests/ suggestions through social media platforms.
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
