The role

We're looking for an International IT Support Specialist to join our Infrastructure team.

You're welcome to work in our office in Tel Aviv.

In this position, your responsibility will be to:

  • Handle on-site and remote support requests
  • Support server and cloud solutions
  • Integrate and support integration between various on-premise and cloud systems
  • Monitor IT systems healthy operations, troubleshoot issues and provide solutions for non-standard situations
  • Configure and support SSO configurations for various cloud platforms and applications
  • Develop and support automation scripts
  • Effectively collaborate with colleagues, participate in knowledge sharing and experience exchange sessions
  • Create knowledge base articles
  • Create the documentation on implemented solutions and systems configuration
  • Support the continuous improvement initiatives
  • Provide welcome trainings to the users, participate in mandatory onboarding activities
  • Manage initial provisioning of the IT systems in the office (laptops, office IT equipment), support the the provided solutions

We expect you to have:

  • Proficient knowledge and experience with Microsoft solutions (Active Directory, Windows Server and roles, Windows Workstation)
  • Proficient knowledge and experience with at least one cloud SaaS Platform (Google Workplace or Office 365)
  • Understanding and experience in implementation of WEB SSO solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of the integration of different solutions from different hardware/software vendors (RADIUS, LDAP, Directory synchronization technologies)
  • Strong Windows, Mac OS and UNIX-like platforms troubleshooting skills
  • Good collaboration skills and strong customer orientation
  • Business English and Hebrew

  • Experience in startups and fast-changing environments
