Job Description


What you will do:

  • You contribute to added customer value, to strengthen brand and maximized profitable OMNI selling by ensuring customer experience and connected customer groups in the region
  • Set and manage the OMNI commercial plan for the region based on the global plan together with customer activation and with inputs from the Ecom Cial Team
  • You’re responsible to plan, manage, set strategy and follow up sales, buying, stock and reduction levels for concept in the region per sales market.
  • Work closely together with sales market commercial leads to secure regional strategies in daily operations.


Maximize profitable net sales and customer base for your region – short and long term.

  • Drive and full accountable of net sales and day-to day business for sales of the concept in the region. Full understanding of your regional sales situation through sales and customer behavior analysis.
  • Set regional commercial plan together with counterparts in Store merch and Customer Acquisition teams.
  • Drive concept strategy and commercial priorities towards sales markets.
  • Build concept strategy and drive towards business unit to maximize net sales, stock and profitability short- and long-term.
  • Take short and long-term actions to increase selling based on relevant analysis and do follow up on said actions.
  • Identify opportunities, threats and set priorities for the region based on biggest sales/customer impact.
  • Drive total conversion based on customer need and behavior to optimize daily profitable selling of the concept.
  • Drives selling and profitability with evaluation of impact on other stakeholders such as logistics and customer service.
  • Cooperate with other regions and supply chain to develop method for sales, planning and buying.
  • Follow up the final customer offer for the markets, apply learnings of coming actions


Know your customers – manage, set and execute the regional commercial plan to give the customers what they want and sell our products and assortment in best possible way

  • Know and understand regional customer behavior and expectations to drive customer base growth
  • Set regional OMNI commercial plan based on the overall commercial plan for the company
  • Follow up and conclude the final customer offer, key learnings and commercial reviews for the region, apply learnings of coming actions to improve customer offer
  • Collaborates in regional decisions when it comes to customer demand vs pushing assortment, finds the right balance between product and customer activation.
  • Sets strategy for assortment exposure in media channels in collaboration with customer activation to optimize stock performance, reductions and customer experience.
  • Benchmarking from both product and commerciality aspects. Know the region and customer’s needs, competitor overview and analysis


Assortment and stock management from a planning, buying and executional perspective

  • Regional product lifecycle strategy and assortment management.
  • Influence prices, quantities, income per period and assortment width through fast, frequent and focused feedbacks to the Business Units and sales markets.
  • Plan, manage and follow up sales, stock and reduction levels in your region
  • Full accountability for the region of buying levels for e-commerce per BU
  • Full accountability of setting a growth driving buying strategy for the region per BU
  • Responsible for moves and allocation within the e-commerce region and omni together with Supply Chain.
  • Secure total commercial product/category/assortment range perspective in operations to optimize sales and stock performance. Balancing assortment performance and product lifecycle with customer demand.
  • Set Sale strategy for the region to adapt from for the sales market


Qualifications


Who you are:

  • Passionate for e-commerce and a full understanding of totality in the e-commerce business and competitors
  • Experienced within merchandising with extensive understanding of stock and product lifecycle management.
  • Strong interest in product and assortment in combination with analytical ability and commercial skills enable you to constantly improve customer shopping experience in the region.
  • Salesmanship and business mindset in everything you do with focus on both short-term actions and medium- to long-term strategy.
  • University Degree, preferably in Business, Economics or Fashion
  • Deep E-commerce understanding.
  • Sales driven and have a strong commercial awareness, salesmanship for day-to-day optimization of site and product performance.
  • Deep understanding of products, stock- and product lifecycle-management.
  • Strong in driving results and constantly improving ways of working
  • Strong results in “HOW” - a true ambassador of H&Ms values
  • Analytical to follow up and estimate performance. Strong interest in data. Previous experience within web analytics using Google analytics or similar is meriting.
  • Strong communication skills and fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Very good skills in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work independently and be self-motivated while still working within a team environment and fostering a strong team collaboration
  • Flexibility and adaptable to change, a strategic mindset
  • 2.5+ years of E-commerce experience, OMNI retail knowledge
  • Product category management.
  • Planning, buying, stock- and product lifecycle-management.
