Opportunities in IP, OP, HH, Aquatics, School, Swingbed, YMCA and Clini! c RELOCATION ASSISTANCE, SIGN-ON BONUS or EDUCATION COST REIMBURSEMENT OPTIONS AVAILABLE. Position is full-time (www.****.com FTE) M-F, 8-5 with some weekends and includes full benefit package. Salary commensurate with experience.
Physical Therapist plans and administers medically prescribed Physical Therapy treatments for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve, joint and bone disease, to restore function, relieve pain and prevent disability. Successful candidate must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills as well as be a team player. Qualifications include graduate of an APTA/AMA approved university program with a doctorate, masters, bachelors of science, or certificate in Physical Therapy. Current Montana license to practice Physical Therapy required.
Dillon is located in Southwest Montana approximately 2 hours from Yellowstone National Park. The population is 5,000 people with a 1,000 student four-year University that specializes in teac! her education. The economy is based on Agriculture (ranching),! Mining (talc), and Tourism. The United States Forest Service and Bureau of Land Management are large employers in Dillon as are the Hospital and the University.
We are located in the Beaverhead River Valley with an average 325 days of sunshine yearly. Dillon's climate is high mountain desert (elevation 5,250 feet) with about 10 inches of rainfall yearly. The surrounding mountains are forested with a large number of small mountain lakes that can be accessed by hiking. The Beaverhead and Bighole rivers are both blue ribbon trout streams and are within a few miles of Dillon.
Hunting and fishing are major activities around Dillon. We are a premier destination for fly fisherman. There is also downhill skiing within 30 miles. The medical community is well respected and consists of 5 Internal Medicine Physicians, 3 Family Practice Physicians, 1 Hospitalist, a General Surgeon, an Orthopedic Surgeon, Radiologist and a visiting Urologist, Podiatrist, Spinal Orthope! dic, and ENT.
