A nationally ranked, rapidly expanding, community-based health care organization is seeking an experienced Otolaryngol! ogy Practice Manager. This facility is a regional center for diagnosis and treatment services for ear, nose and throat diseases and disorders and has a new state-of- the-art Surgery Center. There is significant long- term growth expected to continue for this award winning regional hospital.
Position Focus:
Manages the efficient day to day operations of a busy Otolaryngology Practice.
Oversees staff hiring, training scheduling, telephone triage, appointment scheduling, and patient flow.
Ensures quality of care meets or exceeds standards, applies cost effective solutions to services, meets operating budgets throughout all areas of responsibility.
Maintains the hospital/practice standards to improve patient and provider satisfaction
Provide recommendations for strategic planning and resource allocation to grow the ENT service line.
Provide monthly reports, interpreting financial data to meet profitability goals.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business or Healthcare Management or relevant degree.
Minimum 4 years' experience with at least 3 years of management experience.
Experience in credentialing, hospital relationships, coding, billing, and ancillary services.
Knowledge of Electronic Medical records, ICD-9 coding and Revenue cycle management.
Knowledge of HIPAA, JCAHO policies and CPPM certification a plus.
