Surveillance Observer

JOB DESCRIPTION:



Pay Rate: $21.55 Per Hour + Beneftis!

The Surveillance Observer is responsible for monitoring casino activity via video cameras as it relates to integrity issues involving casino employees and guests. Specifically observe procedures and cash handling areas. Oversee security of exterior areas, review questionable employee or guests actions, verify transactions and prepare necessary reports.


JOB REQUIREMENTS:



Essential Job Requirements:

  • Ability to assimilate training in video equipment operation, gaming cheating techniques and procedures for all casino departments.
  • Normal or correctable eyesight.
  • Ability to work in confined atmosphere.
  • Ability to be alert while performing repetitious tasks.
  • Ability to make rapid numeric computations.
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with various levels of management and line employee.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Good manual dexterity.
  • Maintain a professional appearance at all times while on duty
  • Indian preference.
  • Must be able to pass a 10-year background investigation and be granted a gaming license.
