Your responsabilities:
- Receiving telephone calls or chat from clients wishing to obtain various types of information concerning their insurance policy
- Depending on the case, the request will be processed via a transaction in our client
- policy administration system, and/or by the writing and sending of reply to letters/emails, information, contract documents, etc., to the insured.
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
- Policy changes requests, updating payment details
- Cancellation Requests
- Making a claim request
- You will NOT sell anything
What do we expect:
- You speak German in proficiency
- Communicative English level
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate there
- We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
What we offer:

- Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
-1100€ gross x14 months
+up to 100€ gross monthly performance bonus
+up to 100€ gross project bonus/month,
+meal allowance: 7,23€ NET/day (approx 145€ NET/month in a voucher card)
- Fixed term, renewable full time 6-months employment contract (according to the Portuguese law)
