Back Office Executive [India]


 

Job Description

We are a Canadian based Immigration & Consulting firm with our main office in Canada and branches in India.

Currently, we are looking for 3 excellent candidates for full-time Back Office executives at our immigration office located near Dr. Kaura Nursing Home (Hospital), Moga, Punjab.

Job duties will include:

  • Prepare different types of immigration applications.
  • Collection of information & documents from clients
  • Fill application forms and review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Label and enter documents into the computer systems
  • Attend phone call from clients
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Work to meet deadlines and ensure that deadlines are met on time.
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically
  • Photocopy and scan documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Perform other administrative duties as required.

Job requirements:
We are looking for well-qualified candidates having minimum bachelor’s degree or above, Good computer skills and very fluent in English speaking equivalent to at the minimum 6 bands in IELTS or More.

Salary: Negotiable: Starting from RS 12000 to 25000 per month depending upon qualifications, experience and English level
