Th! e Director has direct accountability to enhance the overall pe! rformance of day-to-day operations for the Collaborative Service Line, which includes the following assignments:
Anesthesia
Athletic Training
Orthopedic Physician Assistants
Orthopedic/Robotics/Surgery Service
Women’s Health The Director effectively collaborate with all North Valley Hospital stakeholders and provide principled leadership, clear operational direction and establish set goals of the implementation, standardization and evaluation of all service line activities.
The Director has operational oversight and accountability of the healthcare team’s overall performance, inclusive of staffing and resource allocation, budget development and staff training and education to effectively coordinate front-line patient services.
The Director develops and supervises, in conjunction with Department Managers, the respective programs for the service line.
The Director plays a key role in operationalizing practice improvement initiatives and pro! vides leadership in strategic and tactical solutions for the success of the service line.
North Valley Hospital is located in beautiful Whitefish, Montana. We are 30 minutes west of Glacier National Park and the town sits at the base of Whitefish Mountain Resort--a four season resort.
