The Medical Center is nestled in the Rocky Mountains of western Montana, between Glacier and Yellowstone National Parks. The medical staff includes 300 physicians, and the hospital has 146 acute care beds. It is focused on women and children's health, has the only pediatric intensive care unit in western Montana, pediatric surgeon in Montana, among other pediatric specialists, as well as a level III N! ICU staffed by neonatologists.
It is home to the Univ! ersity of Montana, and is a family oriented community, with excellent schools and a multitude of youth sports and activities. There is a four season climate, with abundant outdoor activities within minutes of leaving the hospital.
