Each day, 20-25 patients have surgery at this facility - about 8,000 patients a year. The combination of the latest technology and quality care means surgery with less pain, Patients undergoing invasive procedures frequently are no longer required to spend the night before surgery in the hospital due to minimally invasive and laparoscopic surgical techniques. This hospital offers the daVinci surgical system which provides robotic-assisted minimally invasive surgery.

Surgical technologists work under the direction of a team of surgical personnel and assist in surgical operations as needed. Surgical technicians are responsible for preparing the OR, which includes setting up surgical equipment and instruments, as well as passing those instruments to surgeons during the procedure. Settings include:

CVOR
First assist
Labor, delivery, recovery & postpartum
