SHift: 8 and/or 10 hour day/evening 3 years minimum acute care Case Management/Utilization Review experience. Must have experience with Integrated Case Management model (RN/SW teams on patie! nt unit. experience with pre-authorization/certification for procedures/surgeries is a plus. Must be proficient with Interqual. experience with Epic EMR preferable. Certified Care Manager preferred. BLS and active RN MT license required. ST68
