Barrett Hospital and HealthCare is seeking a Central Scheduling Coordinator to fill in for staff vacations and part time coverage.
This position provides coordination for all outpatients scheduling including but not limited to surgery, ambulatory care, imaging, and cardiopulmonary. Additionally this position acts as the central point of contact fro surgery and ambulatory care patients when arriving for surgery, treatments, and or pre-op appointments and manages the flow of patients by communication with all care givers and providing customer service.
Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent, some college preferred. Experience interacting with the public and providing customer focused skills. Proficient computer skills required.
